Stefanutti Stocks Coastal is offering an internship program for recent graduates in Civil and Mechanical Engineering, as well as Finance. This internship is a unique opportunity for graduates to join a high-performing organization and gain a comprehensive understanding of our business operations and market reach. Interns will participate in various assignments across different functional areas, promoting mobility and cross-functional collaboration. The program also includes professional coaching and mentoring, providing interns with a pathway for growth and potential employment upon successful completion.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Engagement: Develop a full operational understanding of the business and its markets
  • Daily Business Involvement: Participate actively in day-to-day operations
  • Rotational Assignments: Experience diverse functional areas to foster a broad skill set
  • Mentorship: Benefit from coaching and mentoring from industry professionals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or an NQF level 6 qualification in: Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Finance
  • Excellent academic record
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Teamwork orientation
  • Proactive approach to service delivery
  • Possession of a driver’s license is an added advantage
